Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before submitting a booking request with Curbside Celebrations.
1. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking form sends a request, not a confirmed reservation. Curbside Celebrations reviews every request and will accept, deny, or propose a different time within approximately 24 hours. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an acceptance notification.
2. Service Area
We currently serve Dane and Columbia Counties, Wisconsin. If your address falls outside this area, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
3. Parking & Access
The location where you'd like the bus parked must be open, legally accessible, and free of obstructions on the day of your party. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by blocked or inaccessible parking spots.
4. Add-Ons & Pricing
Package prices, included add-ons, and optional add-on pricing are shown at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change for future bookings but will not change for a request already submitted.
5. Cancellations
Curbside Celebrations may need to cancel an accepted booking in rare circumstances (e.g. mechanical issues, severe weather). If this happens, you will be notified by text message with a reason as soon as possible.
6. Live Streaming
If a live stream is offered for your party, access is restricted to those who have the unique code provided to you. Please only share this code with people you're comfortable inviting to view the stream.
